1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing and using the Grinding Co. website and the StumpQuotePro Estimate tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

 "End users opt-in by visiting our website and voluntarily entering their phone number into our digital estimate form to request a quote. Before they can submit the form, they must actively check an unchecked consent box that states: 'I agree to receive automated transactional and informational text messages from Grinding Co LLC regarding my quote and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.' Links to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions are provided directly alongside the checkbox." 

2. SMS Communications and Consent

By checking the SMS consent box on our estimate form and submitting your information, you provide your explicit electronic signature and consent to receive automated transactional, informational, and promotional text messages (SMS) from Grinding Co. to the mobile number provided.

• Opt-Out / Termination: 

You may terminate your consent and stop receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP", "QUIT", "END", "CANCEL", or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any message you receive from us.

• Help: Reply "HELP" for assistance or customer support.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service requests and project status.
• Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

3. Accuracy of Estimates

 The StumpQuotePro software provides an estimated cost based on the photos, measurements, and data you input. While we strive for accuracy, these digital estimates are not legally binding contracts. The final price of the job is subject to on-site visual verification by a Grinding Co. professional. We reserve the right to adjust the final price if the physical stump dimensions, wood type, or site conditions differ significantly from the user-submitted data.

4. User Responsibilities

 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the estimate tool. You confirm that you have the right to upload photos of the property in question and authorize our team to access the property to perform agreed-upon services.

5. Limitation of Liability 

In no event shall Grinding Co., its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, software, or services.
